Excellent location near Duomo, restaurants, and shopping. Friendly 24-hour reception staff. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. I liked how close it was to the sights I wanted to see.

As a business traveler, I loved the spacious room, well-equipped with a Nespresso machine and kitchenette. The huge bed and good TV made for a comfortable stay. The bathroom cosmetics were lovely, and the shower was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the Duomo and other attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better! It is so close to all major shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to walk everywhere. And the metro station nearby is very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and I appreciated the free slippers and toiletries provided. the hotel facilities were great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location is excellent, close to Milan Centrale Station, major fashion design shops, and the iconic Duomo cathedral. The main street leading to the Duomo is right next to the hotel. , the Linate airport is easily accessible. Rooms are newly decorated and clean with a hidden kitchenette that looks like a wardrobe, making it very convenient. Some rooms also have good strong water pressure and socket positions.
Some of the managers had an unpleasant attitude towards the guests and were not responsive to their requests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. It's situated in a quiet area, but still very close to the center and just a short walk away from the famous Duomo. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. Lastly, the room itself was great - clean, comfortable, and equipped with a small kitchenette that had everything I needed. All of this came at a very reasonable price, making it excellent value for money.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.
